1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Equipped, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes at checkout. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

3. Shipping and Delivery

In-stock (BTO) items typically ship within 1-3 business days. Custom-configured (CTO) items ship within 3-4 weeks. Free standard shipping is included on all orders.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Standard (BTO) items may be returned within 14 days of delivery at no cost. Custom-configured (CTO) items may be returned within 14 days with a 15% restocking fee. Accessories may be returned within 30 days.
